TimeVial® Pill Reminder Bottle

This is the first TimeVial product for home, travel and office use. It has a size of a regular prescription bottle with a 20-dram capacity accommodating approximately 50 multivitamins, 22 fish oil or 100 aspirin tablets. Actual quantity varies by pill size and shape.

Maintenance
TimeVial is a simple pill container with a built-in pill tracker. It includes five parts: an outer cap, an inner liner, a bottle body, a ratchet ring and a 7-day band.
Ratchet Ring
The ratchet ring is a moving mechanical part. Over time, dust such as dust from cut tablets can become trapped underneath, causing the ring to rotate stiffly. We recommend regular inspections of the ratchet ring. If it becomes tight, rinse it with clean water while turning it by hand. Applying a food-grade silicone lubricant will also improve rotation.
Cap
This cap features an outer cap and a removable inner liner. After about a year of use, you are recommended to take it apart to clean all the pieces. You can pry the liner out using a small tool like an ear pick. Be careful when removing the liner and then pushing it back into the outer cap. Don’t damage the liner.
Q&A
Is the ratchet ring difficult to rotate? This is usually due to dust buildup between the bottle and the ring. To fix it, flush the ring with water while turning it to clear out the trapped particles.
